I personally by 2nd hand vintage clothes because I like the older/worn out styles. Many people also buy 2nd hand cause of the very cheap prices. I have probably saved myself thousands of dollar doing this because I don’t buy a $75 hoodie from nike and buy a used one for $10. This goes for many different brands besides designer, but really who even likes designer. Thats besides the point recycling older clothes is a great way to help out environment.
My job as a store owner (online) is to give the best vintage garments, aswell as the best prices. It is pretty hard to give good price though because shipping bulk items from Asia to USA is like $300 per shipment. So I try to make my prices as best as I can, while giving myself a small profit. If I didn’t enjoy selling vintage clothes I wouldn’t be doing it. I look forward to creating a inspired vintage clothing brand in the future, which will most likely be in college.
